High Estrogen Foods To Avoid
High estrogenic foods causes hormone imbalances which raise the risk of breast cancer, ovarian cancer in women, and prostate enlargement and gynecomastia in men. Simply by removing these high estrogen foods from the diet and replacing them with healthy alternatives, you can help to balance your hormones for optimal health in both male and females. High estrogen is the root of many complicated problems, so we must make changes to remove excess amounts of estrogen by using natural foods. A high sugar diet leads to estrogen dominance.
